I truly believe that the Nasdaq is being primed for a hard -- albeit short lived -- rally...once the election is fully 'resolved.' I know, I know, it really is already resolved. But there's a lot of people with a lot of money who see an opportunity to pressure a profit for themselves on the short side. So down we go. The lower, the better. The excuse -- uncertainty -- is patently ridiculous as nothing much will change regardless of the man ultimately chosen as President. It can't -- by virtue of the new makeup of Congress. Add to that 'gridlock,' low inflation...questionable economic slowdown...possible lowering of interest rates...possible tax cuts. All adds up to a coming rally. JMHO -- and fwiw, I have bought a number of battered stocks for my long term portfolio today. So I hope I'm right. ;)
