There was another post that broke down CSCO's businesses and allocated values to them.

As for cash flow there are many things that affect cash flow other than the tax benefit received.. In order to appropriately evaluate this you'd have to look at those things and how they would change if the company were private. However since this is simply an exercise I don't see any value in doing so. That said, if you go back and find my post regarding CSCO's businesses and valuations I think you'll see that CSCO parts continue to be more valuable than the sum of those parts are today...
