NG: Yes! Like I said earlier (I think it was here), my very favorite conspiracy theory is that Pres Clinton set this up so the election would go into legal limbo, and he'd hold the Oval Office. LOL As it turns out, according to something I saw on CNN, we would have a winner by inauguration day, but the winner could be turned out of office if his election was ultimately invalidated. Now wouldn't that be something?!
