GWN, we need runoffs where +50% needed to win. Right now we have too many parties. They split the vote so much that the winners get in with 30% of the vote and since we have a 50% turnout that means 15% get to chose who is in there. the socialsts get 875% of their voters out, ans so they are over represented.
We need a 4100 payment for voters, refunded on your tax returns.
