Could it be that market factoring in higher interest rate hikes with Bush in? Who will his SecOfTreasury be?

It's seem odd to me that the markets are still frozen with a 50/50 congress no matter who's president? Yes the republican's will have a slight majority but a gridlock one!

This seems like get Joe-six-pack type activity?

I think you don't realize what the market does. There's not alot Bush can do. A verdict has already been rendered and is under appeal. Then there are the States and private lawsuits.
And the EU.
