Sounds halfway illogical, so maybe so<ggg> I fully expect this to be challenged by Gore if he loses, regardless of law and past precedent. I will be amazed if we have a declared official winner by tomorrow...but like I said, Gore gets my vote next time if he loses like a man and does not contest...same with Bush for that matter. Both candidates need to see that it is in the best interest of america and the rest of the world to have a swift conclusion to this mess. Keith
