CB, that's exactly right. Just think about all those little unionized hands at the postal service that the absentee ballots have to cross. More than a couple will slip through the cracks, quite literally. What amazes me is that the Bush people all look like deer in the headlights today - they really should have seen this coming and prepared for it better.
