Mucho, I can only speak for myself and nobody else but I think one of the biggest flaws in my thinking is that by holding SDLI just a little longer, I get the premium when the merger goes through. In reality, if the merger were to go through today, SDLI is worth no more than where it was at the end of last week. And it's possible that when merger finally does go through, SDLI could be worth no more than it is worth today. A scary thought but in this market anything is possible. This is probably the worst possible outcome for the election. It gives the market reason to selloff again tomorrow if no winner is yet determined.
