I see no mention of the potential influence of having St. Louis urbanites likely to vote for Gore, allowed to vote past the time when the polls should have been closed.

I know. But you neglect to mention that the Republicans lost the Missouri Senate race.........to a dead man. Boy, what must that say about the incumbent?

Almost as crazy as voting an Arkansan woman to be a senator in a state about which she knows little, and is not honestly connected. Of course, honesty has not been an imperative with certain people anyway. All I can say is, some people benefit from incredible strokes of luck, at times.
