Hi Tony,

Would appreciate your thoughts on NUAN.

To me it's a fat blimp <The net loss for the quarter was $4.6 million, or $0.15 per share on a proforma basis>

Awfully hard to get impressed about a deal with ASKJ, BWDIK?

Fred

Anthony old friend, I am one depressed son of a bitch. Sitting down here at my home in Florida, and it looks like Al Gore is going to win this thing. The recount is starting to go against George W. Bush in a big way. I think it's going to take a miracle now for Gore not to be the next president.

Tell me something good, cause I'm feelin mighty low.
