Yes, I saw the news report.

The inmates can vote so long as they are not legally convicted felons. I doubt that would stop the Dems.

Some states like MA allow felons to vote - in fact they just changed the law to do so. They are a core Dem constituency.

btw, the networks called FL before the western part, in central time, was finished voting. That is heavily GOP and probably surpressed GOP turnout there. There are reports that people left the polls when reports came in.
