I saw that ballot and quite frankly I think anyone with eye problems and/or Parkinson's disease might easily punch the wrong hole. It is definitely not a user friendly ballot, that's for sure.

Given time to look it over, the arrows would be noted, but it is like no ballot I have ever voted.

Moreover, with the lines, the elderly,etc. I could see people might be rushing and screw it up.

Anyway, the Courts are getting involved.

That's not the ballot, it's a graphic. Here's the real ballot, which is much more intuitive to complete than the graphic.
