It is an honor and a privilege to be in a country where I am able to elect people who make policy. People need to treat that act accordingly. The lawsuit is a non-starter, I don't believe any judge would want to take it on. The precedent has too many risks.

The ballot was designed by a Democrat. The overwhelming majority of voters weren't confused. Samples were sent out beforehand, and were dispensed on-site, and voter assistance was available. The only other thing that could have been done, which you seem to want without explicitly stating, and which apparently was done in some Democrat precincts, was pre-punched Democrat ballots, or ballots that were Democrat-highlighted in yellow.

One real problem here might be your incorrect premise, and that of people who think like you do, that people will choose Democrats if they know what they're doing. Lots of people disagree with you.
