Thats what the lady who is supervisor of elections for the County said on TV. Try to look at the ballot for yourself and see what you think.

Jeb Bush said at his news conference that it is state law to present the ballot before the election so that if there is any challenge, legal or otherwise, it can be made before the election. Copies of ballots were distributed before the election in accordance with law in newspapers and could have been legally challenged. Now some of the geezers who don't like the results are whining.
