imo, the arrows point pretty clearly to the hole one needs to punch. it seems more than obvious that if a butterfly ballot has only holes to punch in the middle, the holes must be for both candidates listed on the left and right hand side . or did they think that it was somehow impossible to e.g. vote for Buchanan? having seen this thing, i declare the protests either a fake, or an admission by the protesters that they are dumber than fence posts.
