Here's another ballot picture with punch outs. I voted on a system something like this in one of the states I lived in. There are usually signs and people all over the place to lend a hand. They will probably find 20,000 people (Gore supporters) that will say they voted wrong... but there is no proof and both parties approved the ballot. This is grasping at straws.
