Originally, I felt that was as low as we should go (50% retracement, and we did a little more)., however, a number of stocks were starting to break down, thus I had to raise cash (to about 33%). I still think that we should turn and reach about 3650 before the end of the month, but if we do not hold here at 3200 or so, I will have to once more get a new set of turnips. A number of stocks I follow held relatively well (SNDK, QLTI, BVEW to name few). But the collapse of JDSU, BRCD, BRCM as well as the bu$$ getting back under $65, worries me. If we manage to open with a trin under .80 or so and gradually go down from there, I think we should be OK and resume the ascent, if not, raise more cash, IMHO.
