In Europe, the U.S. are already losing their credibility; and especially the recent election is being compared to elections in yugoslavia by some right wingers. ...motivation unclear but this uncertainty shies away foreign (European) investors from the States....why don't they get thier act together? Most European states have a proportional election system; that means that the winner does not take it all (the electoral votes) but the will of the people is more properly respected in European countries as a result of a more adequate election system.
