OK, here's my 3 cents worth:

I live about 2 miles from the Florida border, in Kings Bay Naval Base. Most people here vote by absentee. Most are Fla voters because of the liberal state tax laws. I swithched from NC (home state) because I was tired of paying a thousand a year in state taxes and spending 2 or 3 days a year in the state. As stated by the pundants on tv the overwhelming majority of military vote GOP. We did an informal poll at work Tuesday and I would say 90% voted for Bush. It seems any Gore/Clinton supporters get ribbed alittle by the more conservatives. (Iknow this I voted Clinton twice and Dukakis). Anyways Bush will have a much larger majority in the Fla after the absentee votes are counted. I justa wish this would get over and the market go back up and Tito's AMAT staircase workers come back from vacation and start working overtime.

Just one more thing: I had a hard time understanding the Illinois absentee ballots, so I can see the argument that some of the elderly my have mistaken their vote.
