Given the significance of Florida's vote to the constitutional process, I think the burden of derailing the process is going to be, must be, staggeringly high.

The potential confusion over the Palm Beach ballot affected, apparently, a maxiumum of .79% of that vote. Have you given any thought as to what would be the appropriate remedy? Let 3,407 people in Palm Beach, chosen at random, vote again? Let everyone in Palm Beach vote again? Let only the people in Palm Beach who actually voted vote again? Have the entire Florida election done over? Would it surprise you to hear that 85% of African-Americans in Florida want the election to be done over?
