Watching CNN right now
The thing is, Bush will win, but because Gore contested, it kind of flattens the whole thing--there can be no victor's "speech" and the concession speech will probably have all kinds of undertones in it (Altho I won the popular vote...). Which just leaves a bad taste in the mouth, as if nobody won.

Both men end up being embarrassed, although it's by Gore's actions. I feel he's a bad sport and I regret giving his ticket the vote when I can't stand him all along. It's that condescending schoolmaster, he's really insufferable. There is no winner of this election...and the markets suffer from it too.
