If Gore concedes (and it will be a real stretch for his ego to do so) I believe Bush will give a speech with the theme of uniting vs. dividing. It would certainly give him the platform to put his promises to work early. I must say I look forward to seeing Colin Powell and other worthy individuals get a chance to show their stuff in a new/younger/more progressive boomer Republican administration. I hope W can stand up to the right wingers in the party - something we never would have seen with Dole.
