And have you looked at the abilty to raise additional financing? This sucker ain't leaving any skid marks. You can scream all you want, fact is that August was the alst time any communciations companies raised any debt or equity. That ws $500 M that month, now zero. Prior to August, the average monthly debt placement in Telcom space was $5.7 B per month!

What you don't seem to realize is that your fish brethren are outta dough. The window, as Sandy Roberson would say, is closed. You're toast!

PS this is the same problem taht crushed WSTL and CMTN, except there are 90 million shares outstanding on a fully converted basisi, yes 90 million. At $15 per share that's $1.3 Billion in market cap taht goes bye bye.
