Show one minor bit of evidence of any irregularities from the last three years (under Gary Kehoe)... and I would sell. But you cannot.

Call Kehoe and talk to him. See if you find anything at all untoward about him. He is a good and decent man trying to run an honest company. Your attempt to besmirch this company is misplaced.
