This may shock but I am already in qqq. If it hits 75, I'll buy again. If it goes to the low 70s--which would bring the Naz below 3000!--I'll back the truck up. After all, it's not every day you get to steal, legally.

Lest I become too shocking, I would like to write that even bear markets have powerful counter-trend rallies.

I won't buy JDSU because I do not want to be exposed to the risks associated with specific stocks in this market. I would expect, however, that JDSU's performance would parallel or better that of the Naz.

Someone wrote a few posts back that the Naz will not see its previous high record for years. The conditions for a new record high in the Naz--i.e., a substantally new high on rising volume; a bull market high--are simply not in place. Yes, it will take more than a year and probably longer for that.

I think in the medium term, the election 'problem' is a zero--it will not effect business conditions. In the short term, back up the truck and let me buy!

Ciao,
David Todtman
