I would hardly expect him to fold up easily unless the FL vote ends clean and Bush is given the plurality. Once that happens, he has little choice but to dissipate like so much bad air. Four years of Democratic control of the WH is a stake so it's worth it for them to over turn every stone. It certainly does not guarantee there is anything to be found and they must be careful not to roll in too many sour grapes. Public has little patience for further shenanigans from this crew. JFH
