With over 19,000 voters overvoting, I can see why the lawsuit has been filed. That is a staggeringly high number, and provides pretty compelling evidence that people were confused by the ballot. While I had doubts about whether this was a significant issue before, I think this prove to be huge.

Man, I hate to say it, but this it turning into a story more heart stopping, with more twists and turns to it, than any SOAP Opera I've EVER followed.

Gee Whiz, I don't think even All My Children, had twists like this in their story lines before!
