Well....the literacy test sounds pretty good, I'll have to think about the pole tax.

At the least, I would hope that the people who vote could pass the test which is demanded of people who are wishing to become naturalized citizens.

Have you ever seen Andy Rooney's viewpoint on people not voting? Suffice to say he has a hilarious argument on why the fewer people that vote the better. I would think he is probably the Gorilla of Curmudgeons....
