So Tom,

What if Bush is declared the winner, but with all the negative baggage such as a tainted victory attached? What does this portend for the market? It surely can't be as positive going forward as an outright win would have been.

Later,
Joel

Let me ask you something. GO back to last week. I know you felt BUSH would win, but you had to realize that GORE had a good chance, so I'm sure you factored that into your buying decisions and felt that the market would rally no matter who won into the end of the year. Now, after seeing the uncertainty of the decision cause the selling today across a wide spectrum of stocks that were at one time thought to be bullet proof, it seems you have change your mind on the whole market independent of the out come of the presidential race. Do I have it right?

Also, I'm getting more and more email, PM's, what have you, about people leaving the market all together, which in my mind is a good indicator or a bottoming process as is biggest of bulls, such as yourself, finally turning negative.
