Do you really believe men like Jakson will allow President Bush to make inroads into bringing the country together???

No way, IMO.

I couldn't agree more, and more power to them! >>Minorities are increasing in this wonderfully diverse country of ours<<
Here's the rub: You say Mr. Gore won every category but one because those categories feel left out by the Republicans. I know how it feels to be in a category that is left out, because white males I guarantee you are feeling that way. At least the ones I know are. This is going to go on and on and on until people forget about their category and start calling themselves Americans. Not African Americans, but Americans. Not Native Americans, but Americans. Not white males, but Americans. Bush is the best person to make strides, not Mr. Gore. Gore is out to do what these categories want to get himself elected. Bush wants to bring them all together because he is one of them. He speaks Spanish, like an American should, or maybe some other second language. His family includes Hispanic blood, but they call themselves American. Like me. An American. And you, Mr. Gore, are an American too. Even if you are sharing that name with Al.
