Brevard already recounted and the total didn't change any.

However, Brevard did say they had over 300 absentee ballots still outstanding that may or may not come in the mail...if they were postmarked by Tuesday and are received within 10 days they will be counted.

The counties not shown on this list are the ones not yet counted.

County, where there have been accusations

There are still several of large counties that have yet to recount, including Orange, Pinellas, Palm Beach, but you are correct that most of the remaining counties are small. A recount of Volusia may be interesting, though.
