Hi Rose: I don't like the lack of leadership/conviction in the market. It is uncertain. That bothers me. I'm cautious near term for that reason. We've come through earnings. Now what. The election mess. It may get worse until the election is over when we then can have some finality and move on. Medium term I'm more optimistic. My medium term is 2-5 months. That will allow for some recovery time and buyers to come back. I still strongly believe that the sidelines money is burning a hole in deep pockets and can't wait for money bags to turn it loose. Short term - Cautious. Uncertain. Careful. Medium term - Optimistic. Bullish. Quality techs win. Good luck, Rose. Rick
