Bux, Show me were management stated recurring revenues will be flat in the 4th quarter?

This is what the CFO said, "Rich Fagan, Chief Financial Officer, said, "Looking forward, we expect revenues from recurring royalties and specialized engineering services in the fourth quarter to be in the range of those reported in the third quarter of 2000."

He also estimated recurring revenues for the year at mid to upper teens. It's there already. The 4th quarter last year was 5.7 million and you can bet IDCC will beat that amount as well as the 3rd q of 2000 very easily. If you want to call in the range , flat than ok but both you and Fagan will be wrong on your estimates. Fagan enjoys under estimating, do you?
