Thanks mr.mark for Frank's article. Seems rather straight forward and I'm sure you can do it. I like the part to use two HDD. One for win98,(C:>\) other win2K,(D:>\) Some day I shall put in a request to Home Finance Loan<g> for another HDD and maybe win2k also. Seems the boys/girls that have W2K installed really like it.

Best of Luck, /jw

i really thank you for posting that engineer's assessment of w2k. You're most welcome. He sheds some light on what could/might happen that we may be forewarned.

pps: thanks for the NAV update note. Did it, /works as it should, no re-boot

mark,

I just setup WinME/Win2K dual boot on my PC and it couldn't have been easier. All I did was split my hard drives into 4 partitions (all FAT32), installed WinME, then W2K (each on its own partition). And fwiw, I have vid card, sound card, nic, tv card, and raid controller card all working on both OSes without a hitch.

Regards,
Nick
