Amy, your thoughts on making voting better are fine, but those actions need to be taken ex ante.

When 100 million votes are cast, there are bound to be 'irregularities'. Those problems need to corrected in time for the next election to be better. If there are people who intentionally infringed on a person's right to vote, they need to go to jail. But the problems can't be changed to undo an election that has already happened, save for an indication that there was widespread fraud. I see no sign that there was widespread fraud.
