A portion of the 12/06/2000 release:

The company further announced that, as of November 30th, it had repurchased 1,047,800 shares of its common stock, at an average price of $33.75, under a 10 million share repurchase program authorized by the IVAX Board of Directors in August 2000. Under this same program, IVAX sold 1.0 million put options, of which 0.5 million have expired and the remainder will expire in February 2001. As of November 30th, IVAX had approximately 159.2 million common shares outstanding.
