John, Sorry my good friend. You couldn't be more wrong. In fact CSCO is protecting themselves from a lawsuit by using a presecribed means for valuing options. They would be signficantly exposed if they were to provide their actual expectations. All the statement is saying is "we are using a prescribed means for option valuation, however your mileage may vary as this model may not accurately reflect the future value of the stock" Dude, it's standard boilerplate for this kind of thing... give it a rest.... even bambs has found more signficant holes to scratch on. OG
