Asenna, you should have seen how quiet it was among Bush supporters last night when Gore took the "iron triangle" states. Then when it appeared Bush won FL for sure, there was gloating all over the place. Some even admitted that the main reason they seemed to want Bush is so their stocks like MSFT would go up, which is kind of sad. Of course, this is an SI thread so that can be expected I guess. OH, the other reason they wanted Bush is tax relief, which everyone tonight on CNBC said will NEVER happen to the extent Bush was saying anyway.

Actually, I am proud to be the least aggressive conservative on the thread, which does not mean I cannot fence. It is true, there has been a lot of hostility, on both sides, on this thread. That is what makes it so odd that you stand out, instead of blending in. I have not cried about how mean you are. I have tweaked you about your lack of subtlety. You have connected the dot's? I doubt you understand the first thing about conservatism. But challenge me, by all means. I long for a worthy opponent. Show me up, if you can! Jeering, though, won't do it.......
