OT Elmer, The first amendment says that the government shall pass no law restricting freedom of speech. Where have you been?"
--------------

Freedom of speech can be restricted in "private entities" - please refer to the following Intel filing which makes this clear: From intelhamidi.com Intel's filing said: (...) "this proposed rule, which draws from jurisprudence concerning governmental regulation of speech in the public square, should not be applied to trespasses onto private facilities. To do so would violate fundamental distinctions in the application of the First Amendment to public and private spaces."

RE: "Sorry to all the liberals out there who can't stand a differing opinion but that's the way it is.

Please stop implying something negative about the Republicans, when this had to do with Bush and his intolerance to "differing opinions."

To change the topic, but seriously, I just read FaceIntel.com and was disturbed about this post on their home page:

53 - From a former Intel employee: To Face Intel: ...I worked at the Chandler site known as Fab6 in Arizona for over 7 years. I have been living a nightmare since I became ill...the LTD plan that Intel says they provide for you...You believe Intel will be there for you, after all because that's what it says in the T-comp manual. WRONG ! An unpredictable accident or sickness can happen to anyone of us at anytime...Intel will fight you mercilessly in an attempt to deprive you of the benefits they list ....I have proven disability to the US Dept. of Social Security, but Intel doesn't think I'm sick enough to give me my benefits...It is so bad that the Department of Labor did an investigation and filed two Amicus briefs against Intel in one case. Intel has taken the stand that Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia are not covered under their LTD plan, however they've yet to exclude it in the plan."

Cost cutting is okay, but it shouldn't cross certain lines especially in a strong economy. If these allegations are true, I would be disappointed to learn this.
