IMO, I have gained more respect for the EC since Tuesday. Keeps Chicago, LA and NYC from ruling the rest of us from the Oval Office... What to look for in FLA: Bush edge at 900+ too much to overcome in a straight-up recount. What not to look for: Success of anyone going to court to plead that Palm Beach voters were, essentially, too stupid to cast a valid vote. I don't question the premise in the least-but most judges, regardless of their personal beliefs, would cut off an arm before interfering in an election unless outright fraud is proven...
