I think that the ultimate irony will be that a possibly dyslexic, intellectually challenged President is elected by a glitch whereby the voters can't find the right hole to punch.

bottom line : the next prez moves in with 25% voter support. (ie 75% non-support)

A vote doesn't constitute support. Similarly, a lack of vote doesn't constitute lack of support.

Bottom lines are simple. Democracy is complex.
