The answer to this question is present in my previous posts. The answer to my questions to you, and responses to my replies to your earlier questions, are not present in yours due to the "robotic" feeling that overcomes you at the prospect of intellectual responsiveness. I suggest either you start replying to questions or stop asking them. You might also learn to read more closely. It is an imposition to engage others in argument to which they commit time because they feel the standard civil and logical obligation to be responsive, but consistently to evade that obligation yourself.
