Yeah.. It was shown that approx 15% of Gore voters came on board during the last week or so of the election. Which occurred coincidentally with the cigarette bribery, the illegal voter registration mailings to non-US citizens in California, Gore declaring that a Bush win meant a return to slavery, etc, etc, etc....

And then that issue about DENYING military personnel access to voting booths on military posts...

But like you said.. sometimes you have to be an outsider to see some of these things in perspective...
