But you see, Average Joe, Gore has the moral high ground to make this challenge for lots of reasons, notwithstanding the fact he won the national popular vote.

My feeling is that the loser should accept the results of the recount and not pursue it in the courts. If Gore would have carried his own state of Tennessee, Florida wouldn't matter.
