You've made your position clear - people on this thread with considerable knowledge of politics are not qualified to vote, but morons who cannot properly bubble in their choices are eminently qualified. No, I said most of you couldn't pass a poll test which were designed to exclude people without some serious homework. These tests contained questions on Constitutional Law and arcane elements of American History. Got a PhD? No guarantee...Many black teachers and professors were excluded as a result of these type of tests. Of course the people administering the tests couldn't pass them, but didn't need to as the were grandfathered in to the class that could vote. Put it all in perspective for you?
