I'm getting a little confused. After reading the LA Times this morning, they make it appear that Tech Stocks are going down because the market perceives that Bush will win. They also say that a Gore win would be more favorable to Tech stocks.

But here on the Porch, we seem to be wanting Bush to win.

Can anyone tell me which candidate will help the Tech Stocks the most?

I'm getting the impression here that if Bush wins the Techs will rally and do well. But if Gore wins, our stocks will go to hell. (slight exaggeration)

Is it just the uncertainty that is causing the market to drop?

What is the truth?
