MeDroogies, I agree wholeheartedly, and look at what Ashcroft of Mo. did, despite having all of the rope to take his position to the courts. This should never become a food fight.

<edited><ot>Hi MeDroogies, the only difference is that the current Rep is running on some sort of an integrity platform. Unlike Sr, who was willing to win at nearly any cost, Jr said he wants to bring morality back to the Capitol. You can't have selective morality and integrity.

The late President Nixon and President JFK have never made this issue larger than life, even if it was assumed.

So, the same question can be addressed to both sides, how far are they ready to go to move into the WH. Already, VP Gore seems to suggest he would not challenge the split between popularity and electorial votes.
