MacRandy, Re: CNBC just reported that BofA analyst just downgraded some semi's including AMD. AMD down to 21 in pre-market. Another great buying opportunity... :-/ Hm, first a downgrade some weeks ago by Whittington, then an upgrade one week later and now again a downgrade. Can anyone take this serious? Andreas

Gee, I was starting to wonder when we would hit the bottom. This is the confirmation that I have been waiting for. This downgrade would be funny if it was not so self serving that I want to puke.

Re: BofA analyst just downgraded some semi's including AMD. Why on earth would you downgrade AMD hours before the analyst meeting? In a few hours Whittington (?) is either going to be hailed as a visionary or condemned as the dumbest of the dumb. Strange timing on this call wrt AMD. ajb
