Law says that if FL. can't certify their election by Dec. 8th then their electors can't vote. It then passes to the new Congress. Couldn't take 2 years.

Looks like there will be legal problems that might take weeks to resolve.
(Bush leads by 793 with 69% of Florida recounted)

It is now KILLING the markets, DJIA down 250+, S&P down 37+, NASDAQ down 130+
Wonder if it will be enough to move gold up ?
