the same ones were used in the last 2-3 elections, Actually the reports I have seen say that this was the first time a ballot like that was used. It does bother me that people couldn't read that ballot properly (they should have asked if they were confused). OTOH- 19000 ballots had to be thrown out because of mainly double punched votes AND Buchanan garnered 6 times his state average in that county, which was the only one to use ballots like that. I can see both sides points personally.
